I just backhanded a fly: in mid-air
I was about to step into the shower, and spotted a fly out of the corner of my eye. Without hesitation, I backhanded the little sucker, sending it crashing into the wall and ricocheting into the toilet bowl. From the looks of it, the blow only phased him - he was still conscious. Pre-crossfit, this would have been unthinkable. No photos, so you’ll have to take my word for it.
